• Rates are per week in US dollars. Additional days pro-rated. Government tax, currently 9%, to be added.
  • We do not accept credit cards. Payment may be made by cash, cashier's check or bank transfer.
  • Deposits are required for a guaranteed reservation: 50% with booking, the balance, inclusive of the government tax, 30 days prior to arrival.
  • A refundable phone and security deposit of US$300 (cash or travelers checks only) will be collected on arrival.
  • Cancellation policy:
    • For all cancellations made to us in writing, with a minimum of 60 days notice from scheduled arrival date, 90% of the deposit will be returned.
    • With 30 - 60 days notice, 25% will be returned.
    • Within 30 days of scheduled arrival, no refunds will be offered.
    • We strongly suggest you take out travel insurance to cover these potential losses.
